PTSD/TRAUMA THERAPY

You may struggle with recurring and distressing images, nightmares, negative mood thoughts and feelings of self-blame and guilt. Or, you may feel that the anxiety or sadness will never end until you escape the situation. You may live with a constant sense of danger and work hard to avoid specific thoughts, feelings, memories, people and places. Often, trauma survivors have trouble sleeping. Trauma-focused therapy will help trauma survivors emotionally process their traumatic experiences. You will learn to tolerate and reduce trauma symptoms such as excessive fear, anxiety and distress. More importantly, you will discover that you won't go crazy or lose control when you face your pain.
